Our first segment is wrapped up without much incident. The trail has been gorgeous, I've attached a few pics. I'm a little sore, paul's doing okay. Thanks Nellie for the arnica and tiger balm and thanks Sandy for the suggestion of the walking stick. Both have helped. Should be in etna in a week.
